• Each inspection is tailored to your needs, with pricing and scope based on the number of items to be scanned, inspection duration, and home location.
  • Standard Inspection: Lasts an average of 2 hours and includes testing of all wall and floor surfaces, furniture pieces, suspicious household items, and dishes.
  • Advanced Inspection: Lasts on average 2 - 4 hours, allowing for testing of additional items such as paper products, antiques, collectibles, small toy pieces, jewelry, and clothing elements. The inspection also includes three soil samples. 
  • Short Inspection: Lasts on average 30 min - 1 hour. We are happy to customize an inspection to your needs. For instance, by targeting only dishes or toys.
